I think because I live in Manitoba, and in particular Winnipeg, plus I own a dog, this movie really resonated with me.
The farm scenes and the Winnipeg scenes really brought great memories for me.
This movie really tugs at your heartstrings and provides some very joyful as well as painful scenes.
