IRREVERENT and SHOCKINGLY PROFANE, the unrated version is the ONLY WAY to see this movie. The R version is, well, neutered. John Waters has been shocking audiences with his openly perverted ways and he hits the nail on the head here with a cast of characters including Johnny Knoxville. (even 'Jackass' fans missed this comic gem).
