Of all the Marx Bros. movies, this one feels the most like a traditional "movie"... it's much more dependent on plot and storyline than some of their earlier films. It even has some degree of depth and pathos.
.. it might be the only one of their movies where you think they might not succeed in the end. The musical numbers are first-rate.
