Review of A Day at the Races (1937) by Joel A — 14 Jun 2010
You can tell the difference in the Marx Bros films under Thalberg's genius....they are just better made films in general.
The film has so many cleverly delivered scenes especially the tutti frutti ice cream scene, the final horse race, actually many scenes throughout the film. The chemistry between them all is so rampant in this film, they just work so well off one another.
If you ever interested in watching a Marx Bros film then this is a way to go, a true classic a must see comedy....
