Review of A Day at the Races (1937) by Matt M — 28 Jan 2013
The Marx Brothers help a good natured woman whose sanitarium is about to be closed down. The Marx Brothers are extremely talented comedic geniuses and at this stage in their career, their characters are well established and their gags well calculated.
This film is confident, comfortable and well mechanised comedy gold.
