Review of A Day at the Races (1937) by Carlos R — 24 Jan 2011
Deliriously rapid fire in parts. I mean, who writes like this?! One of the many great Marx Brothers films, runs both hot and cold, but who cares when the hot is scalding.
"Don't point that beard at me! It might go off!".
"If I hold you any closer, I'll be in back of you.".
"Either he's dead or my watch has stopped.".
Harpo's piano-to-harp scene is INSANE. Check it.
