Review of A Dangerous Method (2011) by Matt D — 06 May 2012
As impressive as some of the performances here may be (I'm looking at you in particular, Ms. Knightley) the film itself is so tediously dull that it barely stays afloat. It is handsomely made and many of the psychological insights are interesting the story overall is less than engaging and far from memorable.
I expected more from David Cronenberg.
