Review of A Dangerous Method (2011) by Dani P — 17 Dec 2013
It might be a very difficult film to process because understand Freud's theories can be extremely challenging but A Dangerous Method is well developed and the performances are amazing. Knightley really surprised me, especially in the early scenes of her character, while Mortensen and Fassbender are stunning.
Gadon doesn't have a chance to show us her talent but the focus here is not on her but on the three lead characters. I suggest a good reading of Freud and Jung's theories before watching this or you will be totally lost.
