An intriguing plot is wasted on this bloated, dull film. A Cure For Wellness starts out so promisingly with its ambitious visuals and eery atmosphere, but all goes downhill halfway through when the realization that the story is going nowhere near as expected.
Instead it's a predictable melodramatic conclusion leaving its audience exasperated and disappointed.
