Review of A Cure for Wellness (2017) by Darloman — 25 Feb 2017
A psychological horror with no real sense of terror rather a nagging creepiness that started off interesting but the way overlong running time became turned that creepiness to dullness. This film is about 40 minutes too long and the "twist" at the end is signposted so obviously that the ending doesn't make it worthwhile slogging through it.
Mia Goth puts in a good performance which, for me, just about saves the film.
