Review of A Clockwork Orange (1971) by Stefano L — 05 Nov 2012

Any explanation to the mark I gave it it's not needed. It's one masterpiece that marked an era. When filming it, Kubrick was probably 25 years earlier than anyone. I was giving it 4 and a half stars, because I wouldn't watch it again (not now at least), but then, I think he deserves the best possible, because it's not by everyone to keep a level of intensity for more than two hours, with all that violence showed in the film.
