Review of A Clockwork Orange (1971) by Trevor G — 30 Oct 2012
A Clockwork Orange was a very strange and interesting movie directed by Stanley Kubrick. It takes place in a futuristic Britain and is about a charismatic delinquent Alex DeLarge who is convicted of murder and rape and while in jail he volunteers for an experimental aversion therapy developed by the government in an effort to solve society's crime problem but not all goes to plan when he hits the mean streets of Britain that he had a hand in creating.
I thought it was a very unique film and a plot like no other. I give this movie an 8 out 10 for a movie that was made back in the 70s.
