Oh what a fantastic animated feature! I would have loved it as a kid! It has everything: drama, suspense, action and some goofy comedy thrown in for a good measure. There's a lot of action in this one hour cartoon and it's VERY intense at times, but still family-friendly.
The animation style is fantastic. Oh how I love those backgrounds full of shadows and fluid motions of pencil animated characters! The animated Paris is beautiful. I can not say enough good things about this.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
