A Cat in Paris is a wonderfully animated, entertaining, quick, and fun mystery/children's flick that might be short on time and some depth, but still is enjoyable with marvelous and triumphant visual and cinematic style, a classic caper and exciting suspense plot, some funny and surprisingly witty dialogue that avoids cliches most of the time, sharp editing, a great soundtrack, and nice tributes to older noir and chase movies.
