Teenage boy odyssey with a talking dog in a "mad max" world, until he's lured into the world below the surface--a surreal '50s-ish "1984" or even "a clockwork orange" world where everybody wears white face paint with pink cheeks, and everybody's sterile. everybody except for our boy vic. the dog, blood, steals the show nine scenes outta ten.
Definitely 1975.
