Review of A Bigger Splash (2015) by Allan C — 17 Feb 2016
Overall a pretty good an enjoyable film. It is kind of self-indulgent, so it takes a long time over the setup portion of the film. It could have therefore done with more more ruthless editing. Conversely, I really enjoyed the flash-back scenes which gave some extra context and meaning to the current events, there should have been more of those.
A few other comments that I won't say for fear of providing spoilers. Overall I've given 4 stars, this was closer to three and half than it was to four and a half.
