Michael Shannon gives a strong and intense performance while giving audiences a glimpse into how the real estate foreclosure system could be corrupted. 99 Homes is about an average guy (Andrew Garfield) who because of lack of construction work has had problems making ends meet when he is evicted from his home.
As chance happens he will end up working for the very same man that evicted him and questioning his morality as he learns to do the very same thing he was against in the beginning.
