90 Minutes in Heaven is another dull and boring Christian film that just preaches to the choir. I liked the crash sequence in the beginning, but that's about it. Everything else is just a mess. The performances are poor in this movie.
Hayden Christensen just whines in the movie, and Kate Bosworth looks like she is just phoning it in. The screenplay is atrocious. The dialogue is extremely cheesy. Nothing in this movie felt real. I know it is based on a true story, but the whole movie felt very calculated and never felt honest, if you know what I mean.
I hope one day that they make well acted and well executed Christian movies. Looks like I'm going to have to wait a while.
