Review of 9 Songs (2004) by Sha M — 04 Nov 2007

I couldn't get the subtitles to work so I had to watch this whole film in spanish, but I think I get the jist of it anyway. It's about this odd couple who go to nine different concerts at the same venue throughout the film.

It's narrarted by the male lead and he keeps talking about how wild and crazy his young girlfriend is, if I'm understanding it correctly. This is another highly sexual film with a very thin to none plot.

But visually I thought the editing was at a good rythm and there were a few bands that I actually know and like in it. Also I liked the simplicity of the area they shot half the scenes in, it was a really small apartment and they were able to make good use of such a small space.
