This is a collection of the worst scenes of good movies smashed together with a plot too retarded for something you buy in CVS, and handled with the pretension of a serious film. It's even more embarassingly executed, with some of the most atrocious acting I've had the dis-privilege of watching.
The solitary saving grace of this shlock is getting to watch Pacino at his Pacino-iest.
