I have to say this movie has just too many plot holes to get a good review. I think it has the potential, but they just probably went overboard trying to tell "too much": the result is that this movie is just a mess...

And why does Al Pacino/Jack Gramm spend almost all the time calling people and investigating on everyone he meets (including his assistant, all his students and a security guard)???

Watch once, and then forget...
