Review of 8 Women (2002) by Mikaël M — 13 Jul 2008
Picked this one up for the cast, and almost quit early when the musical numbers started. I stuck it through to the end. It had its moments, but I'm wasn't really into the campy whodunit-musical thing.
I can do musicals and I can do mysteries, but I'm not sure they belong together. Still, this was the perfect cast to pull it off, and there was just enough interesting character development to keep me interested.
