Mostly boring rehash of several past movies, TV movies and documentaries produced over the last 42 years. I wouldn't mind if this one was new and different but it's probably the worst of the whole batch, wasting Rosamund Pike and that guy from the Alienist.
It looks like it was made in a third world country.
