Review of 7 Days in Entebbe (2018) by Gregory S — 31 Jul 2018
I was disappointed. The director mixed two mediums: film and dance into a narrative that fell flat - and it was weird. The story seemed more an attempt to justify the terrorists and tell their personal stories rather than focus on actual events.
Also, there was a disregard to Jonathan's Netanyahu's pivoltal role in the story. It was almost as if the hero of Entebbe merely existed to die. The director had a riveting story and great actors to do something worthwhile.
He chose instead to waste all of that into justifying acts of terror and promoting a pro Palestinian platform.
