Review of 50/50 (2011) by Duskspark — 30 Jun 2013
"50/50" is one of those very few movies that manage to find the ideal mix between humor, drama, and emotion. The movie nails the emotions at the time it wants to, from the fear and depression that comes with the cancer, to the lighter and funnier side of the movie (without ever insulting any cancer patients, contrary to some beliefs).
And I am proud to say that this is the first movie that ever made me cry, due to its way of telling you "Do what you want to, while you still can".
