Review of 48 Hrs. (1982) by Christopher S — 23 Feb 2011
It's easy to see why this film made Eddie Murphy a star. He does a good job of pulling of the comedy and the drama as called for in this film. Unfortunately he has a weak script to work with and a one note costar in Nick Nolte.
There are many moment in the film that shouldn't be funny but are due to badly delivered lines and really cheezy 80's music.
