Two sisters on vacation in Mexico hook up with guys who know a boat captain that will put you in a cage and lower you into shark infested waters so you can get close to nature. What could go wrong? The winch breaks, and the ladies are quickly running out of air.
Nice shark effects. Horrible shark bite effects. Not executed well enough to be terrifying or even mildly frightening.
