This film checks all my boxes. The story is slow moving in a good way, There is lots of time to develop the characters as well as enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The plot runs deep and unfolds in layers.
The acting is tremendous especially for Kate. Her realizations are very sad and her choices with her new found knowledge will be life changing. There are a lot of emotions brought up in this film and I think that a husband and wife will see the situation quite differently, making for a good couples discussion.
