Billed as the new Sexy Beast.
Its not, apart from the swearing. The C-word is used more often than Katie Price changes boyfriends.
Colin Diamond(Winstone) has just found out his wife Liz(Whalley) has been having an affair with a French waiter.
Good old cockney boy he slaps her about a bit then kidnaps the toy-boy to exact revenge. Cue what can then best be described as a stage play set in the downstairs of an old house.
The four main support characters played by Dillane, Hurt, Wilkinson and McShane debate at length what, why and how they would all exact revenge.
All in all a bit of a let down and yet another dull British gangster film. Would have had 1 star but the complex dialogue, and bitterness between some of the characters especially Hurt and McShane gained it another star.
