Review of 4.3.2.1 (2010) by Seb R — 06 Dec 2010
Watched it, didn't like it. Well for starters Noel Clarke seems to have been more focused on making a Porn film whether then a young thriller. Don't get me wrong, it's okay to have a bit sex in a film somewhere, but this film overdoes it and makes it stand out more then the plot.
Another thing the writing isn't as decent as in Kidulthood, in fact it's the reason for the bad acting. Some of the girls are fit, but that's all there is too them.
The only decent actors are Michelle Ryan and Nicholas Briggs. I've only heard Nicholas as the Daleks, but he's not a bad actor in this film. Michelle shows that she's capable of being the big bad bitch making her cool antagonist, it's a shame that she's not the main antagonist. Some camera shots are decent, but sadly that's not enough to save it from its major flaws.
Overall. Bad script, bad acting, bad directing (worst of it is the New York scenes). Good cameos. That's it.
Of course this is all my opinion.
