Review of 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days (2007) by Ädi S — 09 Mar 2010
I have rarely been so repulsed by a film, yet shaken at the same time. This is not an easy film to forget, nor one I would want to see twice. But it is also one of the very best of the decade. A friend and a pregnant girl look to get an abortion in communist Romania.
What follows is an incredibly intense and emotionally disturbing chain of events. Brilliantly acted and photographed in dull light this is not a film easily forgotten.
