Review of 3000 Miles to Graceland (2001) by Martin D — 11 Jun 2010
All dressed as Elvis Presley, a group of ex-cons (Costner, Russell, Slater, Arquette, Woodbine) plan to rob a Las Vegas casino during an Elvis-impersonator convention which will serve as a perfect cover, and allow them to get away quickly.
Although a simple plan theoretically, in reality the heist leaves a ruined building, a high body count and one of his own injured. Nevertheless, the job is done and the thieves get away with 3.2 million.
As they devide the loot miles away from danger, dissension and betrayal among the gang errupts and complications arise.
