Review of 300 (2007) by Bradley W — 25 Apr 2014
300 is a visually exciting and epic adventure, a bloody and dark action romp that makes all men realize they need to visit a gym. The story is interesting enough to keep me entertained and the dialogue was surprisingly great.
Its flawed by silliness at times, but its liberties and bravery to try some new things is what makes it such a fun film. Gerard Butler is at his most awesome here and alone makes this film worth watching.
If you need your fill on coolness and have a thirst for blood, please watch this movie.
