Review of 3 Women (1977) by Greg W — 11 Apr 2013
One of my favorite Altman films. It's challanging and infinitely engaging. Has there ever been a better portrayl of a lonely woman than Shelley Duvall at the begining of this film? It's hard to watch.
..especailly the scene when she has lunch with the doctors and essentially has a conversation with herself. But more than anything this is a film about femininity...as only a man could tell it.
