3 Women is one of those artistically stylized enigmas that is better enjoyed and understood under relaxation and an open mind. I feel like too many people go into this with tunnel vision; they set out to analyze everything and seem to not notice things that are plainly obvious.
Just enjoy the film, in many ways it is extremely entertaining. It has a quaint wit to many of its scenes, but most of all a great mindfuck movie if you like to be mindfucked. I know I sound like a stoner, but I'm actually an art film denizen and if you are too you'll love this film.
