Review of 3 Needles (2005) by Sarah P — 05 Dec 2007
A message about the AIDS epidemic without ever mentioning the disease. I found it to be disturbing on many levels. While it portrayed the active and passive fashions of passing the HIV virus, it also followed a fairly predictable pattern of portraying "innocent" victims.
All victims of the disease are innocent, although some are pushed by a variety of reasons to do what others could consider malicious, the source is based in ignorance, greed and societal expectations that are not so easily defined as good or bad.
