Review of 3 Needles (2005) by Jerrod G — 10 Jul 2007
There are very few films that plague me for hours after watching them, and this is one of those movies. There were certain scenes that left my stomach twisting my mind in a "need for prozac" mode, but the idea behind humanity's dealing with AIDS was truly well painted.
While I didn't entirely agree with the religious implications in the final dialogue at the end, there were moments of cinematic beauty and filmmaking that were well done. Overall, I'm actually not going to recommend this film because I don't believe the general population could deal with it very well.
If you choose to watch it, go in prepared.
