Kim Ki-Duk is a filmmaker that breaks all the rules and redefines them. Why? Because he was never taught the rules. 3-Iron is a fine example of this. The male lead and female lead barely speak. It is a tale of love, fantasy and respect for all the things we now take for granted such as silence, kindness, our home, our errands.
This is a breathtakingly sweet movie, a must see to all!
