Jim jumped from diff types of attitude, 1st a drifter in a deserted terrirtory, then he was helpless in his own home, his 1st kill was a child, he couldnt protect his girl from almost being raped by a soilder.
.. so the final thing to push him to the edge and act like preditor was to be set up for execution where he purposly spred the infection into the army base to protect the two women.... lucky for him they didnt get bitten - but he did get a bottle to the head coz the girl thought he was infected - Brilliant :D.
