Solid if ultimately unfulfilling. Norton and Hoffman are the masters of their craft as we know they are. Dawson very understated but crucial central role but Barry Pepper is perhaps the best here. But are you allowed to walk around free before being banged up for 7 yrs? And while doing so associating with all the drug dealing lowlife that got him into that predicament?
