A seamless, terrific blend of drama and comedy, whereby Steve Coogan, playing the role of a disgruntled documentarian, steals the show. The story follows the evolution of the punk rock movement from the beginnings of several revolutionary bands, including Joy Division.
Showcasing innovative camera and editing techniques, the film also manages to deliver a well thought out and memorable storyline.
