I really had no good reason to watch "21 & Over." Really. I knew it would be bad. But honestly, are you kidding me? This counts as a movie? Obnoxious characters, one-liners that don't even make sense, and the most paint-by-numbers structure ever can pass as a comedy? I never thought I would find myself saying this, but "Project X" did it better.
