Review of 21 & Over (2013) by Nora B — 27 Dec 2013
Not only does it manage to become empty, insipid, and devoid of anything resembling a comedy, it desperately tries to be funny by appealing the most disgusting form of humor that not even the lowest common denominator of people would find tolerable.
Miles Teller is akin to fingers on a chalkboard, with every scene of him treating his friends lower than garbage, one wonders, "Who would remain friends with this turd?" Teller's performance catapults him to being one of the biggest douchebags in film of 2013.
What an honorable title to behold in this chaotic mess. It would be hard pressed to find any frat boys that would remotely watch this for a drinking game, lest they be ashamed to even be associated with a disgusting work of art comprised of vomit and beer bottles.
