Review of 2010 (1984) by Octavio M — 16 Jun 2009
A sequel that Kubrick never wanted to come to pass at all. An all star cast that is completely wasted. I loved the fact that "2001" was, in the perfect sense of the phrase, a silent movie. For sure, what I just saw, was a typical 80s film that sang that same old cold war message.
Nothing more than a dumbed down version of the original, nothing more.
