2010 kind of left me numb. It wasn't a great movie, and it wasn't a bad movie. It tries to explain 2001 which is interesting because it isn't explained. As a sequel it is kind of interesting but as a stand alone movie it is pretty dull.
I did enjoy the ending but it felt longer than a 2 hour trip to get there. The effects are still rather interesting and decently done while maintaining some consistancy with the original.
