This movie is amazing theres no denying it. Yes a very slow film and those with very little attention span will not enjoy it but its atmospheric and engaging which makes it the true sci-fi number 1. Lots of noises and music were used and not a massive amount of dialogue which added to the piece.
If it wasnt for "The Shining" then this would be Stanley Kubrick's best film.
