Review of 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) by Luke R — 28 May 2015
Stanley Kubrick decides to move away from the book adaptation films to a full on suspense, mind blowing film. This film is no 'Godfather' but thinking about what the ending mean't and how Kubrick and Clarke came up with such a unbelievable idea makes the film not only one of Kubrick's best but one of the best of all time.
Plus the effects for 1968 makes the film so much more amazing. My favourite Kubrick film and one of my favourite films. 2001: A Space Odyssey is unbelievably out of this world (see what I did there?).
