Review of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (1954) by Roland J — 20 Jul 2009
A Disney classic with good production values and some fine acting. I really liked this old adventure movie, and I found myself thinking many times that they just don't do movies like this anymore. The underwater sequences are surprisingly good for a film this old, and better than many newer efforts (watch Megalodon from 2002 and you'll see what I mean).
