Review of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (1954) by Alex F — 06 Aug 2013
Another classic, that will stand the test of time. Great acting, music, special effects for the time; and most of all--great story. Captain Nemo is an disillusioned Captain of the Nautilus. He is angry over past events.
, and means to make someone pay for his perceived injustices. His wants the professor to join him, along with the rough around the edges seaman who both stumbled upon "...the creature of the sea." Moral conflict takes over amongst the characters, creating a action packed struggle between rational good, and irrational anger.
