If it is possible to be entertained by a documentary, 20 Steps from Stardom delivers that entertainment. The movie covers the careers of several background singers whose name you may never have heard. It's not an expose filled with controversy and gossip, instead it is personal accounts of people whose voices have harmonized on some of the best songs ever written.
They are singers who started in church choirs then went on to sing with artist like Sting, David Bowe, and the Rolling Stones. It's a great movie worthy of a large bucket of popcorn.
